Hope all of u r doing well with ur little ones. I have breast infection now. My milk ducts in my left breast has been clogged and infected. Now on antibiotics. Doctor has given me 5 days time for it to dissolve else will have to an incision and drainage. I am deeply worried about it and unable to concentrate on anything. I would also like to warn all mothers that if you find any small lump in ur breast pls go to the doctor as soon as possible for the infection can be successfully treated at an early stage.

Hi AVB,

How are you doing now? When my daughter didn' t nurse well sometime back I had engorged breasts too (they were like rock). I didn' t have a pump then, went to the hospital and used theirs.. it was such a relief. I am sure you must be fine now, do make sure you pump once in a while and empty completely if your little one doesn' t nurse well.
However I think infections are not much related to engorgements, we get infections because there is a crack in the nipple and infection is passed from baby' s mounth to cracked skin. Use nipcare for craked skin.

dont worry

dear avb

i think its because of ur milk ducts clogging due to less feeding. pl feed the baby often to prevent clogging and engorgement. we think we dont hv enough supply but see u have enough and even plenty. dont worry. everything will go well. take good care. will pray for u.

Better to use prenatal-post natal tablets... as well B complex for 6 months to 1 year... use a cloth tie up around belt area..eat properly...take rest...that' s all you can do...

did you take any Epidural during delivery? some people exp b' z of that...if so see the Chiropractor..

Priya is he getting burp? Some times it will take 10-15 mts to get burp...if they don' t get burp they will vomit...if you over feed then also they will vomit...

other questions is vomiting or spitting? lots of diff bet them..

oh...i had the same problem...u' ll be alright jst avoid food whch cause constipation. apply sucral ano tube before and after motion and eat lot of papayya. add kali mirch to ur food instead of red chillies.and atlst 15 min walk daily.
