when you feel spiritual you feel complete. all stress is gone at the point you experience spirituality. i did a workshop of shri shri ravishankar. the main motto of this workshop is positive thinking. meditation is helpful to reach the state of spirituality. I loved this video. i think i am going to introduce gayatri mantra in my everyday routine.
