i had acne problem when i was in school. i used to lot of experiments with my pimples. a frind told me to use clean and clear face wash. it was quite useful. as my skin is oily i only use water-based face wash. one should not wash face with soaps as they harm your skin. identify the type of your skin and according to that select a face wash. you can use mild soaps such as dove to wash your face. i never squeezed my pimples and today my skin is clear and smooth. understand the causes of acne and find the right cure.
