First take the corn flour
and make a batter out of it. It should be of a thick consistency, with
salt and little chilli powder.
Dip the baby corn in the
batter and deep fry it. Keep it aside.
Take a pan, put little oil
and add the fried babycorn, ginger garlic paste and SIL soyasauce and stir
it for few minutes.
Later add some tomato sauce
and cook it for some time.
Finally garnish it with corriander
leaves.
