Step 1 - Marinate the chicken
for 1hour with corn flour and egg white.
Step 2 - For sauce heat oil
in a pan, add the garlic and saute. Add some chopped diced onions, cucumber,
pineapple, capsicum and tomatoes. Toss well.
Add the vinegar, tomato ketchup
and Sil red chilli villi sauce. Add sugar and salt add the stock and mix
well add cornflour to thicken if required
Step 3 - Fry the marinated
chicken in a deep frying pan remove and add to the sauce.
Step 4 - Garnish with spring
onions serve hot.
