RICE PAYASAM INGREDIENTS: ½ cup rice (raw)
METHOD: Wash, soak and boil the rice. Grind
the coconut and squeeze out the milk. Take out the thick milk in one vessel
and the thin milk in another one. You may use the thin milk for cooking
the rice.Smash the jaggery and add to the rice while it is still cooking.
Add the thick milk and boil once again. Switch off the gas and garnish
with powdered cardamom and raisins.
