1 Cup Gram Flour(Chana Dal Flour)
2 Cups Butter Milk
1 Cup Plain Water
1 Tablespoon Maida( Refined Wheat Flour)
3-4 Chillies
Coriander Leaves
Small Piece Of Ginger
Mustard Seeds(Mohari)
Asafoetida(Hing)
Freshly Grated Coconut
Salt to Taste | | METHOD | Add buttermilk & water to gram flour.
Mix it well without lumps.Add maida to it.
Make a paste of chilli & ginger.
Add this to above mixture.
In a frying pan take oil, add mustard seeds, asafoetida, and turmeric powder.
Add butter milk mixture to the frying pan.
Cook for 5 minutes with constant stirring.
On steel plate apply this cooked flour in circular shape.
Garnish with coriander leaves & grated coconut.
Cut vertical sections 2.5 inches wide.
Roll each vertical section into firm roll (Surali).
