Hi, Good write up. Well, teachers in India do need advice on this. I am the chairperson of an ngo called Nakshatra Art Foundation, I run a painting school, wherein i teach art as a hobby and also in a therapetic manner to both children and adults alike. Located in Bangalore, I have helped many of my students to overcome various hurdles in life and boost their level of self confidence.
