Kids of this generation are unaware about our culture, tradition and history. I try to make them aware as much as possible. I also make sure that they watch the Republic Day and Independence Day functions live on television.
Patriotism has been a [part of our life. Our grandfathers were freedom fighters so our kids are aware of freedom struggle and other interesting tidbits about the history. they love to hear stories of freedom struggle form their grandparents.
I want my kids to respect their motherland, so I tell them about the freedom struggle and different facts about our diverse country. they are amazed at our unity in diversity and just think India is the Best.
