being a working woman is not easy especially during pregnancy. There is not much help from office. I am pregnant and worried about how i will cope with the demands of pregnancy.
the article gives you a pleasent feeling and removes tension of labour pain for to be mothers very effectively. it is a very good approach for preparing all to be mothers for that wonderful momemnt in her life.
having had 3 very different labours - the best advice on getting through the contractions is deep breaths' and focus on what you will be getting at the end of it - not on the pain.
to avoid painful labour pains take two dolomite tablets and two bone meal tablets six weeks before delivering. also drink red raspberry tea throughout your pregnancy available at health food stores.
i had taken an epidural injection for painless delivery 5 years back (2000). i couldnt feel the labour pain only the contractions so delivery was normal and easy. my child was also born healthy. i havent faced any problems after that, i have no backache which generally is a misconception attached to epidural and i am back to my original slim form and fit as a feedle. i am planning to go for a second baby and will definitely go for an epidural again.
i think if you take epidural during labor, you don't feel much of pain. it is widely used in many countries , like us , canada, europe.it is pretty safe. in india some hospitals also use that.
i have 2 kids. my advice to reduce pain and to speed up the process is by walking a lot before delivery. too much walking will loose up the cervic muscles and help speed up delivery with less pain.
