It is a good artice but it works for older kids. I have a 22 month old and I used to try setting a creative dinner setting. My daughter gets distracted by the surroundings and becomes more playful. So, now it is just a bare table for us until she grows up a lil older. For my friends with older kids, they enjoy such ambience.
