Language Problem

One day while I was watching TV with my 1 year 9 month old daughter "Anjali" suddenly the current went off and my daughter immediately looked at me and said current gaya I was so happy that she said that but I was really surprised when my daughter again looked at me and said Renu beejili gaya.I just laughed and hugged her tight my dad who was listening to this conversation said she thought probably her mother doesn't understand English..

The Budding Politician

Our daughter Raajlakshmi, now 1 yr and 3 months, was just 8 months old when she started talking, walking and teething all at the same time. We take her for morning and evening walks everyday. At times when we are busy, her dadi comes home to take her out. Once it so happened that I was discussing something in the morning with my husband while my daughter kept yelling .... 'Bahar Jaana hai'. We did not pay much attention and continued with our talks. And suddenly we see that she picks up the phone and shouts....."Dadi..bahar" We were in splits for a very long time and finally had to take her down. Another funny part is whenever she picks up the mobile she says "Hello Dadi" while she passes the phone to her dad and"Hello Nani" while she passes the phone to her mom. How these little wonders interpret things is unknown to us but its really amazing to see a tiny human mind grow into a thinking being.
