Diet should include food from all food groups such as carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins and minerals and fats. No group should be eliminated. Indulging in some sort of physical activity helps in maintaining health and fitness. Regular at least half an hour of activity is a must. Simple walk is also good for health and fitness.

    Also of importance is keeping the body hydrated by drinking lots of water.
