    The goodness of milk is enhanced more if it is made into a milkshake. Milkshake has fresh fruits which add to its nutrient value. A milkshake is a complete food in itself as it provides all essential nutrients required for the growth and also provides energy. As kids are always active, so they need to have drinks that provide them with energy. Milkshakes are best for this. Banana as a fruit has digestible sugars and provides instant energy so banana milkshake is good for growing children. It is not only nutritious but delicious too. It is fulfilling also. If a kid is unable to have breakfast early in the morning, then he or she could have banana milkshake. It is best to keep him or her full till lunch break in school.

    Kids love banana milkshake. It is so delicious. The kids in my joint family love to have banana milk shake in the evening before going out to play. This gives them energy while playing. Banana is available throughout the year so its shake is not difficult to make. Another healthy milkshake for kids is chikoo milkshake. It is also full of goodness of chikoo and milk. It provides instant energy.

    Hi, parents have a hard time feeding their children the right food required for them to eat. In today’s world junk has overtaken a lot and especially the kids want to eat junk food all the time. Majority of the children hate eating fruits and vegetables and run away from it. We cannot forcefully feed them as well, but we can feed them smartly. You can feed the children fruits by adding them into dishes which they like and love to eat. Adding fruits in the milkshakes can help in increase of the fruits in their diet and they might understand as well what all is added in it.

You can make those milkshakes interesting by adding certain fun things in it along with the fruits which is required by their body. This way they will have a daily intake of milk and fruits if you give them delicious milkshakes every day. Children are very fussy and choosy about eating and drinking things.     Hello, I think this milkshake it is one of the most loved milkshakes amongst the children. You can make a chocolate biscuit milkshake which can turn out to be an all-time favourite milkshake of theirs. You can make it by adding milk, chocolate syrup and vanilla ice-cream and blend it till it becomes nice and frothy. Crush some chocolate biscuits and add it in the blended mixture. You can cut some apples and then also blend it to add that healthy element in the milkshake. While serving the milkshake you take a nice glass and top the milkshake with some whipped cream and chocolate sauce.

    Hi, I would like to suggest you a very healthy and yummy milkshake called as strawberry banana milkshake. You can make it this way, firstly, add water in the blender then add the bananas, sugar and milk and blend it well for about a minute. Then later you can add some vanilla essence, ice-cream and freshly chopped strawberries and blend it for more two minutes. If you want you can add some more freshly sliced bananas and strawberries in it to make it full of iron and other minerals. While serving it you can add some whipped cream on top or some pieces of strawberries so that it looks appealing.

    The best milkshake one can have throughout the year is the mango milkshake. First mangoes were available only during the summer seasons but now you can get it throughout the year. You can even store the mango pulp at home. You can make the mango milkshake by adding the mango pulp and water to the blender and blend it for a while and then later on you can add the milk and required amount of sugar in it and blend it for a minute or so. This is a nutrient rich milkshakes loaded with vitamins, minerals, potassium and lot of fibre.

    Hi, you can also make the refreshing watermelon milkshake. This recipe is extremely simple and you can start it by freezing the watermelon cubes in the freezer. Then in a blend add milk, vanilla essence and sugar according to the required taste and blend it well. Then later on add the frozen watermelon cubes until the mixture is smooth. Adding sugar is optional as if you feel that the watermelon is sweet enough you can avoid putting it. Removing the seeds of the watermelon is also optional, I blend the seeds along with it and then strain it. If you want you can remove the seeds earlier and afterwards add it in the blender.
