Children need to eat healthy for proper brain development. Healthy food includes fruits and vegetables. Brain boosting foods should be encouraged to kids. Eggs and fish are superb foods for brain. In case of vegetarians, foods such as dry fruits and nuts and dairy products should be taken. Dark fruits are high in antioxidants and help stimulate brain.
A healthy breakfast helps boost the brain after a night of relaxation. Breakfast should be wholesome. A banana in breakfast provide much needed energy. It helps maintain concentration in the child. Cheese is also good as it is nutrient-dense. Walnuts and omega-3 fatty acids through fish or eggs help boost brain. Berries and green leafy vegetables are good for brain.
