    i would like to share some tips for losing post delivery weight. During pregnancy, I had put on about 20 kgs more weight. So after delivery I was on the heavier side. I started on my weight loss program soon after delivery, but in a healthy manner. I avoided junk and had only healthy, oil less foods.
    Quick weight loss is never an option for post delivery weight loss. Weight loss should be gradual and healthy. When I had delivered my baby, I started walking slowly the second day itself. I had a diet of fruits and vegetable with occasional junk foods. I did kegel's exercises and they were a miracle.

    Hi..

    Can i know what kegel exercises (name them) you followed to for a flat tight tummy?

    Kegel Exercises dont have types. There's just the one. It doesnt help in tightening the tummy per se.. What it does is strengthen your abdominal muscles which will help your lower belly tighten faster if you are anyways working towards loosing weight..
