Hi all, it is important to drink water and other fluids throughout the day. Do not hesitate if you think the water will retain in the body. The more fluids you drink the less water retains in the body. It helps in getting rid of swollen feet, hands and ankles.

Hi all, drinking eight cups of water does not mean drinking eight cups of juices, cocktails or fruit punches. They will increase the calories which are not good in the pregnancy. They might quench your thirst but will also add those extra 800 calories which are unwanted.
