    Learning Difficulties

    Hi Friends,

As a remedial / special needs teacher, I prefer to call them difficulties rather than disabilities. Children with dyslexia and other forms of LD face great difficulty in school and often at home too. These difficulties have a wider scope than merely academic issues. Howdy,
My teacher's path and career in special education started with volunteering in Ghana where I taught kids of all ages. I can share thetermpapers and guides for a first-year special education teacher. It was a camp for English learners and students with disabilities and we had to work 6 months (3 months in the spring semester and 3 months in the fall semester). I got my master's in Special Education at Roosevelt University and started teaching immediately after graduation.
