How can I make sure my daughter gets the nutrition of dal when she refuses to drink dal along with her roti? Does the goodness of dal also come in some other food? How can I ensure that my daughter has a balanced meal?
The same problem I faced with my kid, she hated dal. I then made dal thin like a soup, and gave it to her after garnishing it with garlic, coriander leaves. So she is having her dal and that too happily. For her it is the soup, that appeals to her taste buds.
