    Practice for few minutes per day is good to control your stress. And you relatively feel stress free and get back clarity to your mind.

    I have experienced and meditation really helps to relieve the stress. I had long working hours in office and was quite stressed out but then I started meditation and immediately I felt lighter and more at peace.

    I wouldn't say I like meditation, but a hot bath with candles and music always helps me. And if you have never tried it yet, then I recommend you to try it.
