    diet in pregnancy

Diet should be balanced in pregnancy. If you are a vegetarian try to get the proper allocation of grains, fruits, vegetables, legumes, calcium-rich foods, nuts, and vitamin B-12. If you eat dairy products and eggs, then this is much better as they are nutrient dense. you must meet most of your nutritional needs during pregnancy and if you are a non-vegetarian then you will be able to meet yournutritional needs easily.

    diet and exercise tips

Try to get all essential nutrients in the natural manner. Get all essential vitamins and minerals daily. Have prenatal vitamins along with a healthy diet. Have leafy greens, fruits, veggies, and whole grains. Get plenty of calcium-rich foods like broccoli and low-fat milk and yogurt, to help build your baby's bones and teeth. Exercise during pregnancy is safe for most women and can even relieve some of the discomforts of pregnancy. So incorporate some exercises.

    exercises in pregnancy

Some forms of exercise that are particularly good for pregnant women are walking, swimming, stationary cycling, and yoga. When you reach your second and third trimesters, don't do exercises that require lying on your back, and never do workouts that pose a risk of trauma to your abdomen while pregnant. It is better to consult your doctor before starting exercises.

It is important to have good nutrition in your diet and when you find out that you are pregnant visit your obstetrician who will advice you to start taking prenatal vitamins. The doctor will tell you the exact dose how much should be taken. It is important to take folic acid and vitamin B as it prevent birth defects.

Hi, it is important to have all the nutrients in the body. The obstetrician will recommend you to take vitamin pills, folic acid, iron, potassium, calcium and other minerals. The fatty acids like arachidonic acid, docosahexaenoic acid are good fats which are saturated in the brain and eyes of the baby in the last trimester of the pregnancy.

It is high time women start getting active and conscious about their health. Starting workout right before you get pregnant will help you maintain your health and ease your labour. Start slow with regular walking and few workouts, swimming and many more.
