I am a vegetarian but my husband is strict non-vegetarian. I make tasty vegetarian dishes but I hardly know much about non-veg dishes. I tried making non-veg by watching it on you tube. I wanted to know howI can transform vegetarian recipes into non-veg ones. Do I need to add anything extra?
Yes obviously you need to add someting extra - mainly the meat.. its better if you follow different proper recipes instead of trying to accomodate your veg ones. youtube is a good place to learn..
Veg recipes can be used to make non-veg ones but the taste would not be the same and the non-veg items made according to the veg recipe will not taste half as better as its veg counterpart. Non-veg items need extra spices and herb to get that perfect taste so if made according to veg recipe, they might not be so tasty. Some veg recipes can be used but not all. It is better to use your own convictions and taste preferences to prepare a dish.
