Hi all, for every pregnant women food starts tasting better in her pregnancy. There are urges to eat several things which you like and also things which you don’t like. You will want to eat things like ice creams, chocolates, pickles and many more things. There is no harm in eating all this unless you follow the right track and eat a balanced diet.

The most important thing is to stay hydrated throughout the day. Drinking plenty of water helps you avoid constipation, headaches and many other things. Along with water you can also drink at least two glasses of milk a day which will provide calcium and all other nutrients required for the development of baby’s bones and teeth.

It is highly advisable that the aerated of carbonated drinks are completely avoided in pregnancy. Caffeine and sugar are not good for your health as well as your baby. They even add the unhealthy calories in the body. Instead you can opt for fresh juices like lemon juice or any other fresh fruit juice.

Hi, if you are pregnant please cut on the intake caffeine and tea. High caffeine intake in pregnancy causes sleeplessness and restlessness. It also harms the baby and has certain side effects like after the baby is born it might be restless and not sleep.
