    Cool lemongrass eyemask

    i recently purchased a lemongrass eyemask from The Nature Co. it smells amazing and the cooled lemongrass beads in it feel very relaxing against my eyes. but no matter how relaxed i am feeling when i put in on my eyes, im still not able to get a relaxed sleep. is lemongrass good for helping people sleep? if not then what aromatherapy scents will help?

    Lemongrass is good for relaxing people but if your issue is lack of sleep, then lavender is the best aroma oil for that...

    aromatherapy alone cant help you. your stomach needs to be clean to get a good night's sleep. if nothing is wrong with your body, then aromatherapy helps you get an undisturbed sleep.. but you have to first fix the problem causing sleeplessness in the first place..
