There is another very important cause of male infertility - due to oxidative stress. Oxidative stress results in low sperm count, disturbance of sperm morphology and abnormal sperm motility. Antioxidants like Lycopene have been found to reverse these abnormalities. At least 5000 mcg of Lycopene consumption per day is necessary.
