Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I am trying for a second pregnancy. For my first child I had an echotopic pregnancy which was terminated. I want to know whether I can continue exercising my tummy and hips during this period. Do I have to stop exercising or make any changes in my routine when I am trying to conceive?
Vidula (St. Louis, USA)

A: You can continue to exercise but as soon as you know you are pregnant, you must consult a gynaecologist before undertaking any exercises.
