Tomato Bhath


Ingredients
2 cups - Basmati Rice
3 big tomatoes lightly grind in mixie
1 spoom Ginger and garlic paste
2 green chillies - sliced long
1 onion
6 Mint leaves
½ spoon garam masala powder
¾ spoon chilli powder
2 pinch turmeric powder
Salt as per taste
2 spoons oil 2 and dalda 1 spoon

Method
1. In cooker pour oil and dalda and put slit green chillies, cut onion     and fry. 2. Then add mint leaves, ginger and garlic paste and fry for 5 mins in     medium flame. 3. Then put tomato puree, turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala, salt and fry for 5 mins. 4. Pour water 1 cup (rice): 1½ cups (water) for the 2 cups of rice     and when it starts to boil close the cooker and cook for 2 sounds     and open after steam goes. Enjoy the tasty Tomato Bhath.
