1 cup besan
1 cup suji
1 cup curd
1 tsp baking pwdr
2 tsp sugar
take a bowl
mix besan,suji,curd sugar ,oil, salt
keep it aside for 5 minutes.
if batter is thick add water.the batter should b semisolid.
add baking powder and whisk d batter in one direction.
pour this in already greased and pre heated dhokla maker.
cook for 5 min on high fire then slow fire.
garnish it with dhaniya leaves
