Dhomsi


Ingredients
250 g.millet flour
225 g
jaggery
3tbsp white sesame seeds
50 ml. water
ghee/ oil

Method
Boil jaggery and strain it.Sift the millet flour and add sesame to it.Rub 1 tbsp ghee and knead it into adough with liquified jaggery. The dough must be kneaded well.Make small balls of this dough and rol into matharies.Deep fry on low heat and remove them.When they are cool,put them in airtight container.They have a good shelf life.
