MUTTON CURRY(DRY)


Ingredients
Mutton:500 gm
Onion:250 gm
Ginger:25gm
Garlic:25gm
Dry chilli powder:1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder:1 teaspoon
Mutton masala powder(preferably Everest meat masala):2 teaspoon
Mustard oil:75 ml
Salt: to taste
Sugar:1 teaspoon
(Optional:Lemon juice/vinegar)1 tsp

Method
Finely chop onions,crush ginger and garlic. Mix all the ingradients with mutton and keep the mixture for one hour. Put all the ingradients in to a 3 litter pressure cooker and keep on the burner.When pressur cooker starts whishling simmer the burner and cook in sim for 20 minutes.Remove and serve hot with rice/roti/patha etc.
