Chilli Babycorn Stir-Fry Ingredients 2 tbsp sesame oil
250 g babycorn
2 sliced capsicum
2 onions sliced
1 tomato
2 tbspn ginger garlic paste
2 tspn chilli powder
2 tbsp tomato sauce
4 tbsp corn flour
1/2 tsp ajino moto
1 tsp soya sauce
Salt to taste
| Method Mix sliced babycorn, cornflour, tbsp garlic-ginger paste, red chilli powder and salt.
Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan on a high flame. Add the onion, rest of the giner-garlic paste, sliced capsicum. Stir-fry over a high flame for few seconds.
Add the tomato sauce, soya sauce, red chilli powder, ajino moto (optional) and salt to taste.
Put the deep fried corns and cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
