SPINACH PEAS PORIYAL / KEERAI PATTANI PORIYAL Recipe

  INGREDIENTS
Chopped spinach 350g
Peas
Chopped pearl onions or sambar vengayam
curry leaves few
Grounded coconut with cumin seeds(Mix grated coconut & cumin seeds in a mixie)
Chilli powder
Salt
Oil

  METHOD
1. In a kadai add oil after 2 min add mustard seeds when they     splutter add curry leaves and sprinkle asfotedia powder then add     chopped onions and fry until golden brown then add chopped     spinach, peas, water & salt and cover with a lid and allow to cook     for 10 - 12 minutes after 10 min.
2. Remove the lid and allow water to evaporate fully then add     grounded coconut mix and chilli powder and mix evenly with the     other ingredients in the kadai.
