| INGREDIENTS | Raddish
Onion
Chilli Powder
Coriander powder
Mustard
Salt
Oil
Tamarind
Coconut
Garlic cloves | METHOD | 1. Slice and dice raddish and onion.
2. Put little oil in vessel.
3. Add garlic cloves and fry until it turns a little golden brown.
4. Then add mustard, onions, raddish, salt, coriander and chilli powder in the vessel and cook until raddish becomes soft.
5. Five minutes before turning off the fire, add the tamarind and grated coconut. |
