BHEERBAL PANEER Recipe | Main Course Recipe by Smita Nadgir |
| INGREDIENTS | 200 gms paneer, cut into long pieces
50 gms onions, chopped
20 gms cumin seeds
4 red chilies
3 tsp coriander seeds
5 gms garam masala
50 gms ginger-garlic paste
50 gms milk kova
150 gms chopped tomatoes
75 gms oil
1 bunch coriander leaves
A pinch of turmeric
Salt to taste | METHOD | 1. Heat oil in a pan, fry 10g cumin seeds, chopped onions and ginger-garlic paste for 3-4 minutes.
2. When onions get brown color, add paneer pieces and cook for 2-3 minutes.
3. Mix the remaining cumin seeds, coriander seeds, red chilies, garam masala, turmeric and blend to a fine powder.
4. Add the ground powder to the paneer pieces along with milk kova and cook for few minutes.
5. Now add chopped tomatoes and cook until it is done.
6. Sprinkle chopped cilantro leaves and serve.
