TOMATO BHATH Recipe

 15 Minutes  4 Persons

  INGREDIENTS
2 cups - Basmati Rice
3 big tomatoes lightly grind in mixie
1 spoom Ginger and garlic paste
2 green chillies - sliced long
1 onion
6 Mint leaves
1\2 spoon garam masala powder
3\4 spoon chilli powder
2 pinch turmeric powder
Salt as per taste
2 spoons oil 2 and dalda 1 spoon

  METHOD
1. In cooker pour oil and dalda and put slit green chillies, cut onion     and fry.

2. Then add mint leaves, ginger and garlic paste and fry for 5 mins in     medium flame.

3. Then put tomato puree, turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala, salt and fry for 5 mins.

4. Pour water 1 cup (rice): 11\2 cups (water) for the 2 cups of rice     and when it starts to boil close the cooker and cook for 2 sounds     and open after steam goes.

Enjoy the tasty Tomato Bhath.
