AMRITSARI CHICKEN Recipe

  INGREDIENTS
1 KG CHICKEN
1 ONION
2 TOMATOES
8 GARLIC CLOVES
1 INCH GINGER
1 SPOON CUMINSEEDS
HALF SPOON TURMERIC POWDER
HALF SPOON GARAM MASALA
1 SPOON SUGAR
2 TABLESPOONS OIL
SALT.

  METHOD
CUT THE CHICKEN, TOMATOES, ONION, GINGER AND GARLIC. TO THE CHICKEN ADD ONION, GINGER, GARLIC, CUMINSEED POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER, GARAM MASALA, SUGAR AND SALT N MARINATE FOR 1 HOUR.
HEAT OIL IN A KADHAI N PUT THE CHICKEN. THEN ADD TOMATOES AND CLOSE IT WITH A LID ALLOWING IT TO COOK. AFTER THE CHICKEN IS PROPERLY COOKED IT IS READY 2 SERVE.
A VERY NICE DISH.
