THEEYAL Recipe

 30 minutes  4-5

  INGREDIENTS
small onion-a hand full..peeled and split
ladys finger-3-4 nos
brinjal-2
green chillies-3
coconut grated-1 cup
coriander powder-1 1/2 tsp
chilli powder-2 1/2 tsp
tamarind-lemon size

  METHOD
Soak tamarind in water.cut all vegetables and boil one by one,when one is haif boiled add next one like first add onion, then green chillies,ladys finger,brinjal add little turmeric powder too.In a pan add little oil and fry coconut grated till it changes to light brown,then add chilli and coriander powder and fry with the coconut grated till it become dark brown in low flame.if over heated its of no use.allow to cool and then grind the mixer well to paste.add the paste to the boiled veg..along with the tamarind pulp.Add salt to taste.Bring to boil.
Take a pan add oil and then add mustard,finely chopped small onions,red chillies,curry leaves and pour the curry.
