CHICKEN CURRY Recipe | Main Course Recipe by Anusuya |
| INGREDIENTS | Chicken - 1kg
Coconut scraped - 1 cup
Tomato - 1
Khus khus - 2tbs
Ginger garlic paste - 2tbs
Chilly powder - 2tbs
Garam masala - 2tbs
Salt to taste and oil for frying | METHOD | To the chicken add garam masala, chillypowder, ginger garlic paste, salt.
With this add coconut and khus khus grinded together and marinate for 30 min.
Then in pan add oil and add the marinated chicken. Let the chicken cook for some time.
Garnish with coriander and curry leaves. |
