  INGREDIENTS
carrot,
beans,
onion,
tomato,
potato,
cabbage,
cauliflower,
tomato sauce,
corriander leaves,
vinegar (1 tbs),
chilli powder,
salt,
pav bhaji masala.(half to 1 tbs)
Bhaji.

  METHOD
Boil the vegetables in a cooker.Put oil in a pan, put ginger garlic paste, onion and boiled vegetables & small pieces of tomato.To this add chilli powder,salt, vinegar (1 tbs), tomato sauce (1 tbs)& half to 1 tbs pav bhaji masala.
Now, add water(enough water)to let it cook for sim . Fry bhaji with ghee.Serve with chopped onions & corriander leaves.
