Salt to taste
Seasoning:(Gingelly Oil)
Mustard Seeds,Urad dhal,Channa dhal,
Red chillies 4
Fry in kadai(No Oil)
Dhania 2tsp
Vendayam 1/4tsp
Red chillies 20
Make a fine powder | METHOD | Soak the tamarind and take as a thick juice.In kadai add Gingelly oil and season it. add tamarind juice, salt. Heat for 25mins in medium flame. When the juice becomes thich add the powder to the juice and mix well. remove from fire. its ready to mix with rice. |
