CARROT CHUTNEY Recipe

  INGREDIENTS
carrots2 large long ones
channa dal- 2-3 tbsp
red chillies4-5 depending on how spicy u want it to be
jeera-1tsp
garlic -2-3flakes
coconut-a small peice
tamaring -little paste

  METHOD
1. peel wash and grate carrot
2.put pan on stove put little oil and fry red chillies keep side
3. in the same oil fry channa dal keep side
4. in the same oil fry carrot till soft or till it becomes very dry let it cool
5. now grind garlic jeera red chillies chana dal to a fine powder
6.now add coconut pieces and grind last add carrot and salt and tamarind and grind to a paste
chutney is ready
