CABBAGE KA BACHKA Recipe

  INGREDIENTS
1/2 kg Cabbage
1 cup rice flour,
1 cup besan,
2 onions,
4 green chilles
coriander,salt

  METHOD
1) Cut cabbage into small pieces and mix rice flour and besan,salt,small pieces on onion.
2) Make thick batter.
3)Heat nonstick tava and put some oil.
4)Make small cutlets of batter and shallow(surface) fry till it brown.
5)serve it hot with rice and dal.
