VEGETABLE MALAI SOUP Recipe

  INGREDIENTS
1 cup of the following all put together:

Chopped carrot, cauliflower, fresh green peas, cabbage, potato.

1 onion
2 pods garlic
2 red chillies
1 tbsp malai
½ cup milk
Pepper powder
Soya sauce
Tomato sauce
Butter
Cheese, grated
Pinch of jeera powder
Corriander leaves for garnishing
Salt

  METHOD
1. Boil all vegetables including onion, galic and red chillies in     minimum water. Once done, cool and run in a blender.

2. Then filter it and keep on high flame till it comes to a boil. Add     salt and a pinch of jeera powder and bring it to a boil.

3. Now add the malai and mix thoroughly. To make the soup slightly     thin add milk. Bring to a boil again.

4. While serving, throw in a teaspoon of butter and teaspoon of     grated cheese, few drops of soya sauce and tomato sauce and     garnish with corriander leaves.
