BABY POTATO CURRY Recipe

  INGREDIENTS
1. Baby potatoes - 250g
2. Tomatoes - 2
3. Onion - 1
4. Jeera - 1Tsp
5. Cinnamon - 1
6. Cloves - 2
7. Garlic - 5
8. Ginger - a small piece
9. Red chillies - 5/6
Salt, oil as required.

  METHOD
1. Boil the potatoes and peel the skin.
2. Make a paste of onion, garlic,ginger,jeera, red chillies, cinnamon and cloves.
3. Heat 2tsp of oil and add chopped tomatoes, saute well and add 1/4 Tsp turmeric powder.
4. Now add the masala paste and fry well till raw smell goes.Add required salt and 1/2 cup of water and cook.
5. Add the boiled potatoes and stir well till done.
