As long as adoption is done with a good positive cause on both ends its a blessing. There are cases where young moms and willingly giving up their baby for a better life to childless couples and other where birth moms want to move forward for any reason and opt for adoption. My husband and me are waiting since 5 years to adopt a baby and with the tight adoption rules and many children left astray in India its hard to believe why the govt is not open for deserving parents.

it is very disgusting when mothers give their babies up for adoption. If they cannot take care of the baby, then they should not give birth. They have no right to bring a baby into this world, if they cannot afford to take his care. Women who are victims of rape and incest are a different case altogether

We got ourselves registered for adoption of a girl child in Delhi two years back.But after some time, we got transferred to Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh(India) and because our transfer from Delhi, we were denied for adoption as now we are staying out of Delhi.This treatment of adoption agencies in Delhi is very shocking, even now we want to adopt a girl child, can somebody help us regarding this.
