nice information.Darker a fruit or vegetable, the better are its health benefits. I like the deep red colour of Pomegranate. they look like red beads.

Pomegranate is good for diarrhoea or loose motions. It helps in binding the stools. I know this as my mother used to give me pomegranate to eat if I had a stomach problem.
