we have a 3 year old son who had a problem with hearing due to otitis media from age 18 months to 30 months and he has been trough surgery for adenoides estusian tubes and grommets fitted its been 7 months now and he says around 73 words but he is not consistent is this normal ? how can he be helped to speak ? his hearing was 80db before the operation and now he hears fine sometimes he ignores us when talking to him he can understand simple commands and somtimes he can reply we would like to thank you in advance for your reply from worried parents
