Any semi solid feed ideas for 4 and 1/2 month old. my son's Ped recomended Cerelac rice. Any fruits I can give?

U can try this.

Wash rice and moong dal and cook in a pressure cooker. To this add little jaggery, salt and water grind it in mixer. To this paste, add one small drop of ghee. This is very healthy.

Dont start all the food together. Start apple juice after 5th month. U can also give veg. soups. Boil carrot, beat and any veg by adding little salt. Give that soup to ur baby.

hai!!
u can try with half idli mashed with cerelac and make into a paste and feed her.if he likes u can increase the quantity.
then u can mash parle-g biscuit/marie biscuit in milk or with cerelac..
u can even try a little bit of apple juice(not fresh juice but pure juice)..
make apple into paste and try feeding tht..

9.5 months milestones
