Poor services at Esperanza
I respect Esperanza management concept when they started with round the clock care service today its all on papers. the management is so busy in expanses and advertising. The kids are not always in a safe hands or place within care center. I dislike that little ones are engaged to watch TV all the time; no creative work/play activities. I do not recommend this place for any child until they improve and truly serve committed services. They do not bother where your child uses their care facilities or not as long as you pay every term fee in 3 months advance. Even they do not ask why child is not using services. in case you miss to pay then they will not allow you to do your work as if youâ€™re a defaulter they send continues sms and calls every hourly stating penalties will be charged on daily basis. The management list bother to maintain list of holidays as many they announce with the excuse of child safety. No compensation of such holidays. Be aware that I had times in where I thought that I should take my daughter out of there but in reality and being honest. Itâ€™s not so easy to take out once you join there at the end one will losing more money in addition every time they say they address issues. I could give them several occasions. I could not see any improvement, rather wasting time and money. There is always one or other problem. But it never comes out. Because we do not give much time to our children to understand whatâ€™s going with them.
I totally agree the true feedbacks given by many parents highlighting poor infrastructure, CCTV, Fee, Ayyays and always fishy in their transference and openness. All false promises they do; their policies are on papers only not implemented in any of their braches. There is always one or other problem in their services, sometime power, sometime no teacher, sometime webcam not working. Most of the time their AC own work but their TV and SMS services promptly works always so that all children will set for watching TV and they can send sms reminders of payments. There is always fee hike in addition several unplanned holidays which disturbs a lot for working couples to find alternate resources to safeguard their children. I can say Esperanza is poor then any modern orphanages especially I talk about their Banjara hills branch.
I can speak about the one in where Kajal the Banjara branch in-charage. She is rude, horrible lady. I couldn't ever figure out who to speak to at the end of the day (pick up). Now Esperanza should run a accounting chit fund Company rather child care business. I appreciate swatha who was earlier in-charge; at least she use to show openness with children and parents and use to short out issues.
It is understood that any daycare is a business, but you need people to use your services, being rude is not needed. Always Ayyays are busy in Cooking as if they run a restaurant business else ware. In case your late to pick up your child they promptly charge; even not bother about their food. when you assign them to pickup or drop using their transportation your child will on road side till their vehicles come for pickup; they never report on time.
