Pomegranates are very good to overcome constipation. They help to increase blood levels in our body. It is fruit which usually comes in rainy season. There are no side effects as such. Drinking juice of this fruit will keep you healthy.

Pomegranate juice is generally safe to drink but over-consuming it can have side effects. It gives cold effects so may lead to asthma and wheezing. Overeating pomegranate can cause many gastrointestinal issues, just like any other fruit. Common side effects of over-consumption include vomiting, nausea and diarrhea.They may cause allergic reactions.

Most people do not experience side effects. Some people can have allergic reactions to pomegranate fruit. Pomegranate extract is POSSIBLY SAFE when taken by mouth or applied to the skin. Some people have experienced sensitivity to pomegranate including itching, swelling, runny nose, and difficulty breathing. it is not harmful untill u r allergic to it.
